Establishing DKPM in the field of operation management.
Co-operating with Anabuki and Sanei Architecture Planning on investing in projects in Danang.
Announcing to the market 4 projects with nearly 10,000 products.
Reaching the scale of 1555 employees.

Increasing the scale of Netland's capital to 240 billion;

Established Danh Khoi Holdings company operating in the field of real estate investment with a scale of 450 employees.
Investment cooperation for Haborizon Nha Trang and Queen Pearl Phan Thiet project.
2014
Established a company named DKRC, which currently operates in the field of marketing distribution.
Established Netland Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
2013
Established Danh Khoi Viet Real Estate Joint Stock Company (DKRV) and Danh Khoi Real Estate Service Joint Stock Company (DKRS), operating in the field of distribution and marketing with 270 employees.
2011
Established Danh Khoi Asia Company (DKRA), operating in the field of distribution and marketing, with 160 employees.
2006
Established Danh Khoi Real Estate Co. Ltd (DKR) operating in the field of marketing and distribution with 60 employees.
